A 7-year-old boy died in a tragic accident in a rugby court parking lot. As Alfie Tollett was standing behind the family car, he was hit by a car pushed by another vehicle trying to enter the parking lot, the Daily Mail reported. The boy who changed his shoes after watching his brother play, got stuck between two cars. Help didn’t work, the boy was rushed to the hospital but there was nothing they could do for him, chest injuries left him no way out.
The tragic incident occurred on February 19 at Plymstock Albion Oaks Rugby club in Plymouth, a port city in Devon, southwest England. The community rallied around the family as the police continued to work to reconstruct what had happened. A fundraising event has been activated on GoFundMe. Lots of condolence messages on social media. “We are deeply saddened and saddened to announce the tragic loss of a young soul today. Our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones at this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone.” He wrote the Plymstock Oaks RFC, of which Alfie is a member.
