There has been concern on the part of managers and parents associated with the Agricultural Technical Educational Institution of the Municipality of Puerto Giraldo, Ponedera, Atlantico, due to the sudden fainting of at least eleven students in the morning hours of this Friday, March 17.
“Several ambulances have left with minors convulsing and foaming at the mouth,” said some family members and community neighbors who helped the minors despite the situation.
“There are other parents who are angry outside the school and want to attack the teachers, and others who want to take their children because a situation like this has never been experienced here,” said one mother.
It should be noted that at the same event, Mr. Jawin Fransual Acuña, 34, responsible for cleaning the facility, developed the same symptoms.
This medium learned that the Sabanalarga Municipality Fire Department was responding to the situation, and it was initially learned that they had apparently found gas tanks at the scene.
For their part, the drunk students were sent to the health center of the municipality of Ponedera and then to the headquarters in Sabanalarga of the ESE Universitaria del Atlántico, where they are currently receiving medical care.
