The neighborhood of Villanueva, in the North Historic Center of Barranquilla, is back on the radar on the morning of this Friday, March 31, but this time because of the alleged disappearance and death of a 17-year-old girl, whose identity is already known and has been reported on social networks, but that the authorities have not yet confirmed such events.
The version rolling through the area, the epicenter of the last massacre that took place in the city (Sunday, March 19), a criminal act that left five dead and 14 injured, is that the minor was lost since last weekend, at least it’s what it is said, and that with her also disappeared a subject who apparently acted as an assassin in the attack.
Another bit of information adding to the mystery case is that the girl and the alleged couple were mutilated and the bodies were left in the same area of Villanueva, but so far in sweeps conducted by the Barranquilla Metropolitan Police in that sector and nothing has been found in other borders.
For some local residents, however, the young woman would not be dead, but would have fled with the alleged criminal to another city.
Regarding the massacre and the alleged perpetrators, judicial sources told this medium that there is a hypothesis, which is being followed or investigated, that would be related to the shooting that was known last Friday, March 24, in the Sabanilla sector, in Puerto Colombia.
It should be remembered that in a ridden sector, next to the road connecting to the corregimiento, the bloody and lifeless body of a 22-year-old young man was found. This would apparently have been one of the other perpetrators of the massacre that took place in Villanueva.
