The Cartagena designer Blanca Arroyo spoke to the Blu Radio station this Monday, after she was made aware of her relationship with Johana Lisseth Torres Ojeda, involved in the scandal of the state of PDVSA in Venezuela.

Arroyo referred to a video posted on his social networks showing his visit to Torres Ojeda’s house in Dubai and in which he appears along with some gold bars.
“I knew nothing about her work in it PDVSA and their involvement in the corruption case. I visited her in February,” he explained.
