On the morning of this Wednesday, April 28, an act of bigotry was recorded in the district of Santo Domingo, southwest of Barranquilla, culminating in the shooting of a man.
According to the police, the case occurred around 10:50 a.m. on Calle 80 with Carrera 1E. Robinson Enrique Escorcia Villadiego was there in the company of another subject and apparently these two started arguing.
It was at this point that Escorcia Villadiego is said to have drawn a machete and intimidated the other subject, who reacted, drew a firearm and fired at him repeatedly, only to later flee on a Suzuki-branded motorcycle.
Robinson, for his part, was helped by acquaintances and taken to Paso Santa María, a medical center where he was admitted without vital signs.
This medium learned that the deceased received four shots today, three in the back and one in the right arm.
Likewise, it was learned that the authorities have identified the alleged assailant, who would respond to the name of Jorge García Morales, aka El Chochi, who was immediately sought by the uniformed officers.
