On Friday, May 26, a 27-year-old man was captured with 3,000 doses of cocaine hydrochloride in southeastern Barranquilla while traveling in a public service vehicle.
According to the authorities’ report, the events occurred at the height of Circunvalar Avenue with 6E Street.
The alleged perpetrator was identified as Samir Jesús Morales, from whom, at the time of his arrest, uniformed officers seized doses of cocaine hydrochloride. Likewise, at the time of the background check, Morales revealed that he had court notes for narcotics possession, murder, and illegal possession of firearms.
“The flagrant arrest of a person who was mobilizing in a public service vehicle and in possession of 3,000 doses of cocaine was achieved, this narcotic drug worth about 15 million.
