In the summer of last year, Gloria Estefany Ramírez Carías, who lives in the municipality of San Antonio del Monte in the Sonsonate region, tracked down a dear friend, identified as Victoria Karina Hernández Callejas, 21, eight months pregnant. . She had “forced” her to give birth and killed her.
A short time later, she went to the Jorge Mazzini hospital in Sonsonate with a man and said that she had just given birth at home and therefore presented the newborn as her own. It didn’t take long for the doctors to realize that there was something in the woman’s story that didn’t make sense. The police therefore stopped him and found the body of the 21-year-old boy.
Examination of the body revealed that death was caused by suffocation, but IHe had multiple head wounds on his body from a machete-type blade. In the examinations, it was revealed that the young woman would be subjected to labor pains to force her to give birth to the baby. An unidentified person with specific medical knowledge is also presumed to be involved, so investigations remain open.
