The Barranquilla Metropolitan Police reported at noon on Wednesday, May 31, a bullet attack that claimed the life of a 31-year-old man in the Don Bosco neighborhood of the municipality of Soledad.
The event took place at noon, in the 2 diagonal 71A race, and was perpetrated by a person riding a motorcycle, according to witnesses.
The victim was identified by authorities as Kevin Causado Barrios, who was a motorcycle taxi driver and suffered two gunshot wounds to his face.
Arrieta Rangel presented four entries in the SPOA system as follows: one for prisoner escape, one for conspiracy to commit a crime, one for possession of narcotics, and one for damage to another’s property.
According to authorities, the victim was under house arrest.
