In the midst of all the controversy that has arisen over the alleged sexual abuse of this minor, EL HERALDO contacted the girl’s mother and she recounted the events from the moment she was warned by the girl that something was going on used to be.
The parent argued that her daughter told her on May 25 that a teacher had touched her.
“That same day I complained to the teacher, in twowhatsapp videos because of what my daughter told me but the lady told me not to worry because there was no teacher.
“My daughter was not normal, she was nervous in those days, but I sent her to the CDI again, believing that maybe it was all a misunderstanding on the part of the little girl. That same day at night, the minor showed some symptoms in her private parts are not suitable for their age,” said the parent.
Because of this, “the mother went to the Manga pathand at the place where the doctors discovered that something abnormal was happening with my daughter, many police officers arrived and sent me to the URIs from the Public Prosecution Service and later to Legal Medicine”.
“While I was doing the relevant turns to clarify what was wrong with the girl, the teacher called me and said yes because she didn’t send the girl to school, but I didn’t say anything.”
The mother continued her story and indicated that on June 5 a encounter being treated by a psychologist children’s center, who was unaware of the whole judicial process that was going on.
“I went to the CDI with my husband and my daughter and all the papers and medical research and the complaint persecutionI did it legally, when we got to the CDI door, the girl started crying and wouldn’t go in,” he said.
And he continued: “While we were in the meeting, the psychologist showed the girl a billboard with pictures of the people who work at the CDI, and the minor recognized the teacher who allegedly touched her.”
Similarly, the woman added that, “while we were in the meeting, the alleged abuser, who was in the corridors of the place began to behave suspiciously, to the point that tried to run away and at no point did the man defend himself against the allegations or by saying he was not the abuser.
This could have been prevented for the minor’s mother, because she thinks that”there was negligence by the teacher, since I had been warning her about what was wrong with the girl since May 25 and she did nothing”.
“I had seen that man in goal a few times, he looked normal. What I wanted was justice for my daughter and for the perpetrator to pay for what they did and not continue to do it to other children and I take this opportunity to clarify that I do not agree with what has been said happened, nor with the vandalism in the center education because it concerns us all,” he said.
