CCTV from a liquor store in his neighborhood Beechboro in Perth, Australia, recorded a hilarious attempted theft that ended in the worst possible way for the prospective thief. In the images shared on social media, it is seen that a person in a flannel shirt enters the store, then heads directly to the section where the alcohol bottles are located. After buying ten packs of bourbon and Coke, the man approached the counter and hurried towards the exit without paying for the goods.

The cashier looks at him in confusion and the man tries every way to open the doors. Unable to escape and now resigning, caught in the act with no possible excuse, the thief returns to the counter dejectedly to deliver the bottles to the store employee, who meanwhile has enjoyed the whole scene. After the goods were returned, the man fled, and the liquor store owners filed a complaint with the local police. The video immediately went viral on social media and dozens of users amusedly commented on the botched theft attempt, which thankfully ended without turning violent.
