Precautions for a truck found on Castor’s father’s farm

The Metropolitan Police of Barranquilla on Sunday afternoon, August 13, confirmed a procedure carried out in the municipality of Galapa regarding the arrest of a member of the criminal structure of ‘Los Costeños’, known by the alias ‘Aldair’, and the immobilization of a truck driven by him who had taken precautions in view of the extinction of the domain.

The operation was carried out by units of the National Model of Community Surveillance by Quadrants, in the company of Sijín units, following plans developed on the Paluato-Galapa highway. ‘Aldair’, according to information from the armed authority, would take care of the logistics of ‘Los Costeños’.

“This truck was apparently employed by the communal criminal group that organized ‘los Costeños’, it is a precautionary measure in view of the extinction of the domain, required by the Attorney General’s Office,” the police reported.

It should be noted that on Wednesday, August 9, the immobilized vehicle was parked at the farm where Jorge Eliécer Díaz Agámez, the father of the top leader of ‘Los Costeños’, Jorge Eliécer Díaz Collazos, aka Castor, was murdered.
