Putin’s latest provocation: “The West is fueling the war”

New provocation against the West from Russian President Putin. Speaking in a video at the Moscow conference on international security, the Russian leader accused NATO of fueling tensions and conflicts. “The situation in Ukraine – he said – is an example of the West’s policy of fueling the fires, which is trying to exacerbate the conflict in Ukraine and involve other states in it,” he said.

And again: “I repeat that while the security problems in each have their own characteristics, they are all actually produced by Western geopolitical adventurism and selfish and neo-colonial actions”.

Meanwhile, the struggle between Russia and Ukraine continues, and the victims are only increasing. A fire broke out at a gas station in Makhachkala, the capital of the Autonomous Republic of Dagestan, on the Russian Caspian Sea coast. There are at least 30 dead and over 70 injured. The flames also spread to the residences. Videos of the burning building were posted on the Internet. According to rescue teams, the area of the fire is 500 square meters and new explosions are feared.

A few hours later, a massive missile attack on Ukraine was launched by Russian forces: missiles hit an industrial establishment in Lutsk, three people were killed and three injured. Missiles also hit Lviv and Dnipro (fire broke out, two injured). Explosions also occurred in the Khmelnytsky district and the town of Smila in the Cherkasy region.
