According to the “Sunday Times”, King Charles III will be a provisional monarch for the United Kingdom. According to the indiscretions collected by the British newspaper, Charles will reign for a few years and then leave the crown to Prince William. The current King of the United Kingdom will hold office “ad interim” and warm the throne for the much younger successor William. According to the latest sources, the British monarch said he sees himself as a bridge between the reign of his mother, Elizabeth II, and the future of her son. A movement that, according to Carlos III, will bring stability to the country and happiness to the population. Precisely this last detail, currently does not represent a problem for the crown since according to the latest data from Ipsos, 63% of Britons consider themselves very satisfied with the work of Charles, the king “ad interim”.
Meanwhile, London police have announced they will drop allegations that people linked to one of King Charles III’s charities, the Princes Foundation, offered to help a Saudi billionaire obtain a knighthood and British citizenship in exchange for of donations when Charles was still Prince of Wales. The Metropolitan Police Service (Met) launched an investigation into the matter after some leaks in the press. Police say they consulted with prosecutors before completing the investigation.
