Prigozhin, the verdict of Russian investigators: “The DNA is his”

The Russian Investigative Committee completed molecular genetic testing of DNA after the plane crash in the Tver region. As the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation told TASS, the identities of all those killed have been established and correspond to the passenger list, which includes the founder of the Wagner company, Yevgeny Prigozhin. “As part of the investigation of the plane crash in the Tver region, molecular genetic tests were completed. Based on their findings, the identities of all 10 dead have been established and match the list on the flight record,” the committee said. Earlier, the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency reported that Prigozhin was on the passenger list.

Meanwhile, Ukraine is investigating the details of the plane crash that took place on Friday in the Zhytomyr region, west of the capital, in which one of the most famous Ukrainian fighter pilots, Andriy Pilshchykov, alias Juice, and two other aviators lost their lives. The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, released a video yesterday on his Telegram profile in which he regrets the accident that killed three Air Force pilots. “A catastrophe occurred in the sky over the Zhytomyr region – he said – Three pilots were killed. Among them was Andriy Pilshchikov, pseudonym Juice. He was a Ukrainian officer, one of those who helped our country a lot. A lot! My condolences to the families and friends, everyone who knew the boys. The investigation into what happened is ongoing. It’s too early to give details. Of course, all circumstances will be clarified. Of course, Ukraine will never forget all those who stood up for Ukraine’s free skies” , concluded the president.
