Tragic traffic accident in the early morning near Micheldorf, Carinthia, Austria. The Flixbus bus going from Berlin to Trieste left the road and crashed into the guardrails for an undetermined reason. It then rolled to the side. There were two drivers in the vehicle, as well as passengers from Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Germany and Ukraine.
A 19-year-old Austrian died, all 45 other passengers suffered minor injuries, and five were seriously injured. Among the passengers were three Italian citizens who were slightly injured and left the hospital after initial treatment. Farnesina followed the incident from the first moments and provided all necessary assistance to the three citizens involved in the accident.
