On the morning of this Sunday, October 8, a not very pleasant situation occurred for the residents of a building in the Villa Campestre sector, in the jurisdiction of Puerto Colombia, after they found the body of a man in a plot next to the building seen wrapped in a sheet and tied at the feet with a cable or rope.
It was around 6:30 in the morning when neighbors initially alerted the building’s security, but later the information spread to the Barranquilla Metropolitan Police and support networking groups on WhatApp.
Authorities arrived on scene and confirmed that the body was as the neighbors described it.
Officials from the CTI of the Public Prosecution Service arrived at the site, located on the transversal 3B with Carrera 23, and carried out the procedure to remove the body.
