The CTI found two messages on the body of a murdered district official

In the middle of the investigation, carried out by experts from the CTI of the Public Prosecution Service, the victim was identified as Néstor Guavita Moreno and it was clear that his body had at least five gunshot wounds: four between the chest and his abdominal area, and another in the right hand . He also showed signs of a hard blow to the ribs and multiple bruises on his face.

It was also revealed that this man’s lifeless body had some kind of wrapping with black bags and tape, and on top of that was the white sheet with blue stripes. And this in turn remained tied with ribbons.

But what struck the researchers most were a few messages written by hand on sheets of paper. The first stuck to the victim’s head and the second to the chest.

The one attached to his body said, “toad, the Gulf Clan is not accepted here.”

And the one attached to his head kept more delicate information and cited his work in the mayor’s office of Barranquilla.

According to research by authorities, this could be a way to divert the attention of investigators, knowing that they were trying to trick the man or trick him into taking a vehicle from him.

At this time, detectives continue to collect information from witnesses and record data from surveillance cameras in the area to obtain clues about the perpetrators of this bloody act, which has been dismissed by a large number of officials from the District Mayor’s Office.

Just this Monday, October 9, a meeting is planned on the historic Paseo Bolívar, in the center of Barranquilla, where colleagues and friends of Guavita Moreno will try to attract the attention of the authorities so that justice is done for the crime.
