One of the survivors of the Hamas massacre explained: “Women were raped and kidnapped. This is how I saved myself.”

Horror stories come from Israel at these times. While Hamas’s massive attack caused the death of hundreds of people, nearly 130 people were taken hostage by terrorists. According to Rotem Shahar, a 16-year-old survivor of the massacre, a brutal attack filled with violence and murder, on a day that started with the sounds of rockets: “That day, my friends were kidnapped and taken to Gaza. I don’t know anything about them anymore, I just hope they are alive and well.” I can.”

The girl, who escaped from the Or Hanar kibbutz in the south of the country, told AdnKronos that she managed to save herself after barricading herself in the house with her mother for seven hours: “We were afraid of terrorists.” Hamas militia also reached the location of his 14-year-old younger brother and his father: “My little brother had gone to football training in the Kfar Aza region, and at one point the soldiers came to the terrorists. “My father was ready to get in the car and that’s when he was shot,” Rotem says. “Thank God, even though my father was injured, he was able to drive as fast as he could and reach the hospital where they were. He was medicated. They are fine now, they called us at 7 o’clock and told us what happened and the situation was very bad.”

The Israel Defense Forces decided to evacuate Kibbutz Or Hanar, where Rotem lived with his family. Recalling the moment of evacuation, the 16-year-old explains that he survived the nightmare scenario as follows: “When we left the house to escape, a situation we could not even imagine was in front of our eyes. There was smoke everywhere, there was a very intense smell of cigarette smoke. It was burning and our Kibbutz was in a situation we could not even imagine. “But the most painful thing is the disappearance of women, their rape, the maltreatment of children, and the massacre.” Even a “six-month-old child” Elder and his mother were kidnapped by Hamas. Then the 16-year-old young man made the following appeal: “Please help us, there are soldiers, warriors and civilians who need help, food and drink. Please help us.”
