The Kfar Aza kibbutz, near the border with the Gaza Strip, was attacked by approximately seventy Hamas militiamen. So far, the bodies of 40 newborn babies or young children have been found. The victims were killed with firearms, grenades and knives. Some houses were set on fire to drive out and kill the inhabitants.
All public vehicles parked outside were burned. The cars belonging to the attackers are still available. However, they need to be examined to avoid the risk of booby traps.
General Itai Veruv told the media, “This is not a war, it is a battlefield. You see newborn babies, mothers, fathers in their beds, in protected rooms, and you see how terrorists slaughter them. This is a massacre.” said.
