Who was Italian-Israeli Eviatar Moshe Kipnis, killed by Hamas?

Eviatar Moshe Kipnis has died. To confirm the death of the Italian-Israeli, who has been untraceable since October 7 following the Hamas attack on the Beeri kibbutz, Farnesina announced that Israeli authorities documented his death through DNA testing.

His wife, Liliach Lea Havron, is still missing, as is another Italian-Israeli, Nir Forti, who has not been heard from for days. According to AFP, more than 160 foreigners have died at the hands of Hamas and nearly 199 people have been kidnapped so far.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani said in a statement on his Twitter account: “I confirm with great sadness the death of Italian-Israeli citizen Eviatar Moshe Kipnis, who disappeared after the Hamas terrorist attack in Israel.” said. “I am close to the family, especially his two sons, whom I met during my assignment in Tel Aviv.”
