The Barranquilla Metropolitan Police released a poster on Monday, October 23, featuring the faces and identities of two of the most wanted criminals in the city.

The individuals, identified as Johan Emilio Rebolledo Avilés and Álvaro Enrique Algarín Garizábalo, are believed to be involved in several crimes in the city and metropolitan area, according to the authority.

It emerged through these media that the test subjects were allegedly involved in recent events in the municipality of Malambo.

“The poster containing the images and details of these individuals will be distributed in various sectors of the city and its metropolitan area with the aim of citizens providing relevant information on the whereabouts of these subjects. The National Police urges the community to cooperate by providing all information that could lead to the individualization, identification and arrest of these dangerous criminals,” the armed institution warned.

To facilitate communication and information provision, the police report that two telephone lines have been activated to receive data confidentially. People with information on the whereabouts of both subjects can contact numbers 3213945182 or 3213945119 or email [email protected].

“Cooperation with citizens is essential in the fight against crime and the search for these criminal actors. The Barranquilla Metropolitan Police thanks the community for its support and commitment in building a safe and peaceful environment for all residents. With joint work by the institution and citizens, it is expected that these criminals can be apprehended and made available to the competent authority,” the authority said in the statement.
