EL HERALDO learned that Brazil’s Supreme Court had decided on a “source of clarification” which Saade Cormane’s lawyers had requested from this company, apparently trying to reverse the order of negotiations. extradition.

In summary, the STF indicated that the requests for clarification are intended to address possible gaps, contradictions or omissions in the contested ruling and that the contested ruling did not contain any deficiencies that would impede the understanding and compliance with the extradition resolution.

In addition, the STF chamber responsible for settling the appeal also ordered the implementation of the extradition resolution “immediately,” transferring it to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Brazil for the relevant procedures.
