The Israel Defense Forces and the Shin Bet security service have released some videos that presumably refer to part of the interrogation of two Hamas terrorists captured during the October 7 attack on Israel. In the images, the two individuals detail how Hamas uses Al-Shifa hospital – the largest hospital in the Gaza Strip – for its own benefit. “In Shifa there is a basement… A large space where they hide,” says one of the men in the video, described as a member of the elite al-Nukhba unit. «Clinics, schools, hospitals, these are the places that you don’t bomb… This is how everything can be transferred… Explosive devices, weapons, food, medical equipment for them, the al-Nukhba forces and the Az Brigades to -Din al-Qassam. Al-Shifa is a safe place, it will not be bombed.”
Regarding the use of fuel, the man responds like this after being questioned by the Israeli military: “As I said, Hamas first takes care of its cars and jeeps and then donates them to the people.” The Israel Defense Forces reported yesterday that Hamas uses the hospital as its headquarters, an accusation the group denies. But now confirmed by some videos published by Haaretz.
