New York Mayor Eric Adams has reportedly been accused of sexual harassment in a lawsuit filed against him in a Big Apple court. The news about the US Democratic Party politician was released by The Messenger. The mayor was reported by an unnamed woman who filed an appeal under the Adult Survivors Act, in which Adams would be listed as a defendant.
Along with the mayor, an office of the New York Police Department and the New York Police Guardian Association itself would also be accused. The lawsuit claims the plaintiff was “sexually assaulted by defendant Eric Adams in New York in 1993 while they both worked for the City of New York.” A spokesperson for the Big Apple municipality explained that the mayor does not know the plaintiff. New problems for the mayor of the North American city, dealing with several criticisms and scandals in recent times.
