Four cars were involved in a crash on the M4 near Bridgend. According to the Inrix traffic monitoring service, “two accidents occurred on the same section” of the western motorway.
In an update at 5.31pm on Wednesday, Inrix said: “Heavy traffic and two lanes closed due to accident, four cars involved on the M4 westbound from junction 36 of the A4061 (Bridgend/Sarn service area) to junction 37 of the A4229 ( Pilar/Portcol). road works area. The first and second lanes (out of three) are closed. In one section there were two traffic accidents and in the second two cars.”
