Shoppers looking for a bargain lined up outside the Lush store on Cardiff’s Queen Street today. The retailer is known for its soaps and bath bombs.
Offers great discounts on fresh produce. Lush’s sale took place online on its website in the early hours of Boxing Day.
Some customers complained on social media about the online wait. This message on the website simply said: “You are in line. Thanks for your patience. The approximate waiting time is 1 minute.
“We have a large volume of traffic and use a virtual queue to limit the number of users on the site at the same time. This will give you the best Internet access.”
