Niece of Canserbero’s former manager says confession to the crime is false

On Tuesday, December 26, the Venezuelan Public Prosecutor’s Office declared the case of the death of rapper Tirone José González, better known as Canserbero, “clarified”, ruling out the hypothesis of suicide and concluding that the singer was murdered by Natalia Améstica, his former manager. , in 2015. .

According to Venezuelan Attorney General Tarek William Saab, the woman stunned and stabbed the artist to death in an apartment building in Aragua state, near Caracas.

Saab presented videotaped statements in which Natalia Améstica confessed to using benzodiazepines to render fellow musician Carlos Molnar, who was her partner, and González numb, then stabbing them until they were lifeless.

Then, the prosecutor explained, Améstica asked for help from a brother Guillermo, with whom she transformed the crime scene with the aim of simulating that a fight had taken place between Molnar and González that ended with the murder of the first by the second , who ended up committing suicide, as the police version indicated for the past eight years.

Canserbero’s fans took to social media to celebrate the clarification of the case, which was reopened last November, as they never believed that the rapper murdered his friend Carlos Molnar and then committed suicide.

However, Claudia Améstica, daughter of Guillermo Améstica and niece of Natalia, assured that her aunt’s confession is false. The woman published a video in which she rejected prosecutor Saab’s statements and described the conclusions of the case presented by authorities hours earlier as a “media show.”

“Mr. Prosecutor, you know that the statements you made, both from my father and from my aunt, are false, you know that,” Claudia claimed in her video.

The woman reported that her relatives were isolated and had no access to lawyers, implying that her aunt had been pressured into confessing without legal guarantees.

“He took our lawyers with him. My lawyers haven’t even come in or had any contact since they entered Conas. In isolation for more than nine days, without being able to know if they were okay, if they had been tortured, or if they were eating, nothing.” , held.

‘So you expect me to believe that? Do you really believe that people in Venezuela can eat this story?,” added Claudia Améstica.

He said the process is “flawed” and that Natalia Améstica’s video is part of a “show” by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to present the results of the case.

“We are not going to continue to lend ourselves to their media show. You say that they will be presented at a hearing today, after you have not even given our lawyers access to the files, to the new procedure. At what cost?” he noted.

“We reject everything that has been said today, everything is flawed, you know that. If you want to continue with your show, continue with it, but don’t do it at the expense of innocent lives. My father has a special son, my aunt has a child. “You are destroying a family by continuing with a show,” the woman concluded.
