Police are appealing to relatives and friends of a man who was found unconscious in Swansea Bay this morning (Saturday, December 30). The man remains hospitalized, described as “serious but stable”.

The man did not have identification or a cell phone. Using receipts found in his wallet, South Wales Police were able to locate CCTV footage of him at The Worms Head pub in Rosslee.

He also frequents The Black Boy Pub, Killay. Employees at both institutions recognized him from the photograph, but, unfortunately, they do not know his name or those of his family. He was found unconscious in Swansea Bay at around 10.30am, with no suspicious circumstances.
