Segob presents guidelines for registration and authorization of strategies and advertising 2024

The Minister of the Interior presented last Friday, December 29, through the Official Gazette of the Federation, a new agreement that establishes general guidelines for the registration and approval of social communication, promotional and advertising strategies and programs of agencies and bodies of the Federal Federation. administration for the 2024 financial year.

As emphasized in the publication, the General Guidelines presented are intended as a basis for the registration and approval, monitoring and evaluation of agencies and bodies.

The Social Communications Law establishes the rules that public bodies must comply with to ensure that social communications expenditure meets the criteria of efficiency, cost-benefit, transparency and fairness, and respects the budgetary limits and operating conditions set out in the respective budgets are established. .
