On the 30th anniversary of the EZLN, a caravan arrives in Zapatista territory

“The Caravan of Caravans”, announced by the National Indigenous Congress leaving Mexico City, arrived on Saturday in the territory of the Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN). commemorating the thirtieth anniversary of the uprising in Caracol Dolores, Ocosingo, southern Chiapas State.

The Fray Bartolomé de las Casas Human Rights Center emphasized that it has so far registered 725 people from six states of the republic and twenty countries who will participate in the march to the south of Mexico.

In one of the buses was a blanket more than two meters long with the inscription: “Stop the war against the Mexican people and the world, stop the war against the Zapatista people. National Coordination Area.”
