Israel, schools closed and meetings prohibited. “Total alert”, anti-Iran movements

Schools (including kindergartens) will be closed tomorrow (first day of the week) and Monday in Israel. This was established by the Home Front Command, in what appears to be yet another sign of possible and imminent retaliation by Iran. The new provisions, which are valid from 11pm tonight to 11pm Monday and involve all educational activities , also include a ban on gatherings of more than a thousand people. Other restrictions were planned in areas close to Gaza. “Full alert” was also declared by the Israeli army for a possible attack. The IDF spokesman specified that “dozens of planes are ready to take off” with a view to a possible attack from Tehran.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant specified that the United States and other allies have provided Israel with “new capabilities” to defend itself against a potential Iranian attack, as well as to respond to it: “We are closely following an attack planned by Iran and by their delegates against the State of Israel. In recent days, we have strengthened our air defense deployment and our offensive deployment. We have added new capabilities, on land, in the air, at sea, in intelligence, within the State of Israel and together with our partners, led by the United States.” Everything is ready to limit Iran’s damage.
