On the night of Tuesday, June 25, the peace and quiet of the Boston neighborhood, in Barranquilla, was interrupted due to a attempted robbery by two test subjects in a fast food restaurant.
What the above-mentioned criminals had not counted on, however, was that two of the victims of the robbery were intelligence agentsAccording to information from authorities and witnesses on the scene, the men approached both the two uniformed officers and the other clients to rob them of their belongings.

At that point, the police responded and activated their weapons, shooting at the criminals. One of them, identified as Óscar David Caballero Martinez, was transferred to Barranquilla General Hospitalbut he died shortly afterwards from the severity of his injuries.
The other person was identified as Carlos Andrés Villamil Martinez, who is cared for Road to the La Manga district.

Likewise, authorities confirmed that Villamil Martinez had four criminal records for the crime of aggravated robbery, while Caballero Martinez had two criminal records for the crimes of aggravated robbery and prisoner escape.
