Billionaire Elon Musk has given a Tesla Cybertruck (model CyberBeast) to the controversial leader of Russia’s Chechnya region, Ramzan Kadyrov, who invited him to Grozny. The ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who governs amid numerous accusations of human rights violations, posted a video on Telegram in which he appears at the wheel of the electric pickup truck, which is mounted with a machine gun. “I received a Tesla from the respected Elon Musk,” the post reads. “I was happy to test this new technology and I am personally convinced that it is not by chance that it is called Cyberbeast,” the post continues. “A truly invulnerable and fast animal. A maneuverable car, which develops excellent speed and overcomes obstacles,” is how Kadyrov describes it, later promising to send it to the front in Ukraine.
“Based on these excellent characteristics, the Cybertruck will soon be sent to the area of special military operations. I am sure that this ‘beast’ will bring many benefits to our soldiers,” he added. Calling Musk “the strongest genius of our time,” Kadyrov then invited him to Grozny: “Elon, you will be my dear guest! I do not think that the Russian Foreign Ministry will be against such a trip.” “Of course, we are waiting for your new creations, which will contribute to the completion of the special military operation,” the Chechen leader concluded.
