Los Angeles, the fires advance. Canalis, Ferro, Balti: VIPs’ reactions

The fire situation in the Los Angeles area is worsening. There are 11 dead, while 13 people are missing. Evacuation orders, which have so far affected 153,000 residents, are spreading. In risk areas, a dusk-to-dawn curfew is in force and 22 people have been arrested for break-ins. In addition to the fury of the flames, in fact, they are worried about the jackals who, inspired by the confusion, enter what remains of the houses and carry out looting. Photos and videos of the fires are circulating on social media and messages of sadness and updates from VIPs are increasing. “To the firefighters who are there saving animals and homes, please be careful,” wrote Elisabetta Canalis who, fortunately, does not live in the area consumed by the fire. “Thank you for all the messages and thoughts you sent me at such a dramatic moment for the city I live in,” wrote Tiziano Ferro on Instagram.

“At these times I am trying to help those who are going through enormous difficulties, but luckily me, my family and my friends are fine”, added the singer shortly afterwards. Words full of hope and emotion were thought up and then released by Bianca Balti, who is currently fighting cancer. “I tried to express my feelings in words, halfway between the illness that afflicts me and that I am fighting bravely and all the love that surrounds me even more since I fell ill,” wrote the model, adding shortly afterwards: “And all this while Los Angeles, the city I chose as home, is on fire.”

The discomfort and pain emerge from the video that Paris Hilton posted on Instagram and which shows her villa completely destroyed by the fires. “I’m here in what used to be our home, I’m heartbroken. When I first heard the news, I was in shock, I couldn’t process it. But now that I’m seeing it with my own eyes, I feel like my heart has gone out of control. broken into a thousand pieces”, he commented. “This house wasn’t just a place to live – it’s where we dream, laugh and have the best family memories,” he added. Anthony Hopkins, who lost his mansion in the flames, focused on true values: “As we fight to recover from the devastation caused by these fires, it’s important to remember that the only thing we take with us is the love we will give. ”
