Authorities said the fatal victim is responding to the name of Oscar Nazareth Espinosa Gonzalez43, who was crossing the bridge of the Miguel Antonio Caro Educational Institution (INEM) when he was approached by the two gunmen.
At that point, the grill man grabbed a firearm and fired at the man, leaving the victim in place to flee.
Paramedics arrived to try to help the victim and take her to a health center; It was too late, however, as she died from the severity of her injuries.
Specialized units arrived on the scene to conduct the technical inspection of the corpse and begin the investigation into what happened.
