Staatsloterij has been looking for a ticket winner worth 12.8 million euros for weeks. The draw took place on March 10, more than a month and a half ago. According to the lottery, the winner has still not been announced.
The winning ticket with lot number FV 74622 has been sold to Primera Sandra in Bleiswijk. “Physical lottery tickets are often bought by people who live close to the point of sale,” says a spokesperson for the Dutch Lottery, the organization behind the Staatsloterij.
The lottery calls on all residents of Bleiswijk and the surrounding area to find their tickets at home and check whether they have won the millions.
Every year the winners don’t come to collect their prizes. These are always store bought lottery tickets as buyers remain anonymous. To receive the prize, the winner must come to the head office of the Dutch Lottery with the lottery ticket.
Winners can receive the cash prize up to one year after the draw, after which the lottery ticket expires.
