The man is suspected of murdering a 38-year-old woman and a 6-year-old boy she fathered. Both men were found dead at their home in Geldermalsen on Monday morning. Rescue workers responded to a fire report and found two victims dead at home.
The man was found in his car in Germany from Monday to Tuesday. He appeared in court on Tuesday in Paderborn, in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, and was held until he surrendered. No further information has been released on the identity of the man.
