WHO increases number of attacks on Ukraine’s health network to 30, with 12 dead

From the beginning of the war in Ukraine are registered on February 24 in any case 30 attacks to the health network in that country, which killed 12 and injured 34, the World Health Organization (WHO) said today, which considers these actions a violation of international law.

Of these attacks, at least 23 were affected sanitationfive for vehicles such as ambulances, nine for health personnel and five for patients, a new WHO report on the conflict detailed.

The WHO adds that 34 hospitals have suffered damage since the start of the Russian offensive, warning that about 316 health facilities, including: 159 hospital centerss, being close to the front lines or where control has recently shifted from one side to the other.
