Lebanon has extradited drug offender Mink K. and son-in-law Najim Z. to the Netherlands. Two drug suspects were brought to our country by plane on Saturday.
The prosecutor’s office reports that the men aged 60 and 41 were arrested with a defense aircraft and transported to the Netherlands under the supervision of the Royal Police.
Medication shipment is missing
Mink K. was arrested in early April. The Public Prosecution Service suspects that he was involved in the importation of 370 kilos of cocaine in 2020. “This shipment disappeared and was eventually found in a supermarket in Germany in October 2020.”
Z. is linked to consignments of 750 and 840 kilos of cocaine seized in 2021 in the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam.
The two came into view of the prosecutor through intercepted and hacked messages from the Sky ECC messaging service. They will be brought before the investigating judge in Rotterdam tomorrow.
