32 wounded soldiers arrived in Poland
32 Ukrainian soldiers seriously wounded in the war were brought from Ukraine to Poland for the first time by a special medical train and split between hospitals in Warsaw, Lublin and Lodz. The announcement was made by Blazej Pobozy, deputy interior minister for the Polsat News TV channel. Pobozy recalled that this is the train activated in February that brought sick children hospitalized in Ukraine and families on the run back to Poland. Now the train, consisting of five medical cars, in addition to others for services, begins to perform the function for which it was designed. “Unfortunately there will be other transports,” announced Michal Dworczyk of the Polish Prime Minister’s Chancellery, referring to other wounded soldiers.

Putin: “A new phase of world history begins”
“A new phase of world history” is coming, in which only “truly sovereign states” will truly grow. This is said by Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the forum ‘Strong Ideas for the New Time’: “Although Western and so-called supranational elites strive to preserve the existing order of things – he explained – a new era is coming, a new phase in world history”.
In this new era, he continued, “only truly sovereign States can guarantee high growth dynamics, become an example for others in standards and quality of life, in the protection of traditional values and high humanistic ideals, in models of development in which a person becomes not a means but the highest goal”. Quoted by TASS, Putin spoke of “grandiose changes obviously irreversible”. Furthermore, “both nationally and globally are developing the foundations and principles of a harmonious, more equitable, socially oriented and secure world order, an alternative to the existing one.”

Gas, Russia: Stop on Oil if Price Limits Production Costs
Russia will not supply oil to global markets if the price ceilings discussed by the G7 countries are below production costs. This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, broadcast on Channel One television and quoted by Russian news agency Tass. “If these prices that we’re talking about are below the cost of producing oil, Russia will certainly not provide supplies to international markets. It simply means that we will not lose out,” he said.
