A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms Season 2 Wraps Filming

Filming for the second season of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms has concluded after delays caused by severe rain in Spain. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms'ın 2. sezonu için beklenen haber geldi
A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms will return to screens soon for its second season, targeting an early release next year.

The production team began the project with a target of releasing one season every year. Its first season pleased series fans and rehabilitated the Game of Thrones brand, bringing the show one step closer to maintaining its annual schedule.

Adaptation of The Sworn Sword

The second season will adapt The Sworn Sword, the second book in the Dunk and Egg series. In the story, Dunk and Egg travel to Dorne, a sun scorched corner of Westeros where a severe drought breaks out. Dunk attempts to remain an honorable knight, but his connection to one of two conflicting local houses forces him and his young squire into a crisis of loyalty.

Three new actors are joining the cast for this adventure. Lucy Boynton of Bohemian Rhapsody will play Lady Rohanne, who crosses paths with Ser Dunk. Babou Ceesay of Alien: Earth will portray Ser Bennis, while veteran actor Peter Mullan of Ozark plays Ser Eustace Osgrey.

Episode format and creative team

Like the first season, the second season will consist of six episodes. Each episode will have a runtime between 30 and 60 minutes. Author George R.R. Martin will contribute directly to the creative process, as he did during the first season.
