Anna Prelevic, the daughter of veteran basketball player Bane Prelevic, said this summer was the most beautiful of her life as she and her partner, Nikitas Nomikos, spent their first season together with their twin daughters, who were born last May.
Prelevic shared the reflection on her personal Instagram account, posting family pictures from the holidays alongside a long caption describing her feelings about the season.
In the post, she said she did not even know how many photographs she had taken over the summer. She said she already felt a sweet nostalgia, because their daughters, whom she calls their "fairies," would never again be this small. She said she would keep these moments like the most precious diamond, in her heart and her mind, and that she had tried to savour every moment as fully as she could, as she always tries to do, because she knows how quickly time passes.
She described it as the first summer with the four of them together, the first summer for their daughters, and a summer she wished she could seal forever inside a small box. She said she thanked God every day for the family she had been given, and for moments she once only dreamed of and now has the blessing to live.

Prelevic is the daughter of Bane Prelevic, a veteran professional basketball player. She and Nomikos became first-time parents last May, when their twin daughters were born.
In earlier posts on Instagram, reported separately, Prelevic said she cried all day for joy after the birth and that she was unable to hold her daughters for eight days afterward. She later described a walk with the twins in May during which she said she had never felt more complete, and in June she said she had briefly mixed up which daughter was which, and had to check photos she had sent to their grandmother to remember who had been wearing what.
