ETETH S.A., a subsidiary of AVAX Group, has signed a contract with the American Educational Organization Anatolia to build a new three-story building covering 4,500 square metres on Anatolia's academic campus in Thessaloniki.
The building, named "Anatolia American University Building X," will include classrooms, laboratories, an amphitheater and multi-purpose spaces intended to support learning and upgrade the academic process.
Sixth Project for AVAX Group
The agreement marks the sixth project Anatolia has awarded to AVAX Group. Previous projects included the Anatolia Elementary School Campus, West Hall, the historic Compton Hall together with the Kassandra Center for Educational Excellence/IBDP Building, the Pinewood American International School, and the renovation of Anatolia Middle School's Riggs Hall and White Hall.
