An American video creator known online as Captain Crunch Boats has been stabbed in the back during a live video broadcast near a lake.
The streamer was filming people operating boats on the water when a verbal altercation broke out between him and a family relaxing at the lakeside with children, according to online news outlet Dexerto.
As Captain Crunch Boats argued with the father of the children for several minutes, another man approached him from behind and struck him with a knife during the exchange. The blogger collapsed to the ground and dropped his video camera.
Witnesses at the scene, who included the individuals involved in the dispute prior to the stabbing, immediately called emergency service operators to request police officers and medical personnel.
