Czech industrial and technology group Czechoslovak Group (CSG) earned 558 million euros in revenue from the Ukrainian market in the first half of 2026, the company's press service said.
In the first half of 2026, Ukraine accounted for 17% of CSG's revenue, or 558 million euros, including purchases for the Ukrainian market paid for by another state or party, the company said in a statement.
The group's total revenue grew 17.2% compared with the same period last year, reaching 3,251 million euros. Revenue from the group's core defense systems businesses increased 27.0%.
CSG also referred to a strategic partnership agreement it signed with Ukrainian Armor to develop and supply modern power units for Ukrainian guided missiles and unmanned platforms. The company said the new agreement builds on cooperation that grew out of a licensed production project for Western-caliber ammunition carried out last year.
Growth since 2022
Czechoslovak Group was founded in the 1990s and was previously known as Excalibur Group. In 2022, the company's revenue reached $1.1 billion amid Russia's war against Ukraine, and in 2024 CSG tripled its profit thanks to increased supplies to Ukraine and NATO countries.
Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the Czech company's sales have grown by 614%. CSG spokesman Andrey Chirtek said Ukraine accounted for 42.8% of the holding's total turnover in 2024, second only to NATO countries.
