e-EFKA and DYPA to Pay 58,370 Greeks by August 14

Greece's e-EFKA and DYPA will pay 56,756,000 euros to 58,370 beneficiaries between August 10 and 14, 2026, the labour ministry says.

Greece's social security agency e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA) will pay a total of 56,756,000 euros to 58,370 beneficiaries between August 10 and August 14, 2026, the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance announced.



e-EFKA payments

According to the ministry, e-EFKA will pay 256,000 euros to 170 beneficiaries on August 14 for benefits inherited from the former OAEE fund, covering maternity allowances, funeral expenses and accident benefits.

Between August 10 and August 14, e-EFKA will also pay 13,500,000 euros to 500 beneficiaries following the issuing of decisions on lump-sum pension payments.

DYPA payments

DYPA will make four separate payments in the same period, the ministry said. It will pay 21,000,000 euros to 35,000 beneficiaries for unemployment benefits and other allowances.

A further 1,500,000 euros will go to 2,200 mothers for subsidized maternity leave.

Under subsidized employment programs, DYPA will pay 19,000,000 euros to 18,000 beneficiaries. It will also pay 1,500,000 euros to 2,500 beneficiaries of public-benefit work programs.
