Greek striker Georgios Koutsias scored the opening goal of the Primeira Liga season as Famalicao drew 1-1 away to Estoril. The 23-year-old forward put the visiting side ahead in the first half of the opening matchday fixture.
Koutsias brought Greek flavor to the start of the Portuguese league campaign by scoring the 0-1 goal in the 32nd minute. Former Olympiacos player Gil Dias provided the assist for Koutsias to finish.
Estoril responded in the second half to earn a point at home. Begraoui scored the equalizing goal for the hosts in the 72nd minute to seal the 1-1 draw.
