Kimberly Van Der Beek marked what would have been her 16th wedding anniversary with late actor James Van Der Beek by sharing a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
James Van Der Beek died in February at the age of 48 from colon cancer. His widow posted shared photos and wrote that she felt deeply grateful for the life they built together and the children they had.
Kimberly said she still feels his presence. She wrote that 16 years ago she was the luckiest woman in the world to have married James, adding that the beauty of their marriage continues to unfold every day through their children. She said he is still present and guiding them, and that she will be eternally grateful to him.
