Markoglou shared photographs from their wedding ceremony and wrote about the memories the couple has built together with family and friends, saying she hoped they would create many more in the future.
In the caption, Markoglou said that 22 years had passed since their story began, describing them as years full of love, laughter, dreams, beautiful moments, difficulties and changes, and a love that grew alongside them. She said that after those 22 years came the day they said "forever" in a different way, a day they were blessed to spend with their children present at the ceremony, along with the people who are part of their lives and their closest friends, whom she said they had for years felt were not simply friends but family.

She summed it up as 22 years together and one year married, a life full of memories with a life still ahead of them.
