Evgeny Tishkovets, a lead specialist at the Fobos weather center, announced the forecast during an interview with the RIA Novosti news agency. He explained that weather conditions across the city will be driven by the incoming cyclone, causing atmospheric pressure to decline throughout the day.
Overnight temperatures in Moscow will range between 12 and 15 degrees Celsius. During the day on Monday, air temperatures will peak between 17 and 20 degrees Celsius, followed by light rain showers arriving in the evening.
